Goosebumps.

I sometimes think coldness is an implausible link in my anatomy,
A taunting source of feminine destruction
that bleeds through my mind spilling from my entirety.
The peppered puckering across my pale skin
is the war torn armour of life’s indestructible soldier.
Only, indestructible doesn’t mean pristine.

Welcome to my blog! Here you will find different forms of creative writing, lots of swearing, erotic poetry, random thoughts, beautiful imagery, but most of all you will find a version of truth. My truth, this is the way that I see the world. However, all of my work is a form of creative writing, a combination of truth and fiction. I write to express my creativity, not my needs!

  1. “Only indestructible doesn’t mean pristine” is such a powerful line. Nothing ever leaves us without scars and marks regardless of how invincible we may be. I love the way you write Karen 🙂

    1. Thank you Eric, I put a lot if thought In to that line, I wanted something that said, I might be an indestructible warrior but, some of that coldness that runs through me now is the result of my wars. Thank you kiddo, you always have such nice things to say 🙂
